semester feelings

In my opinion, that experience related with blogs was useful, because we could express our opinion and talk about different topics. In my case sometimes is difficult to talk in the class and that was an excellent opportunity to write my opinion. Other good point was that I could know more about my classmate, because with their posts I understood some viewpoint related to important issues. Well I do not advance like I had liked, but I tried to do my best effort.

I know that sometimes I did not write in the deadline. Nevertheless that process has been useful in my writing skills.

Finally, I want to say that before those classes, I had never worked in blogs. This class helps me to be “in” on the social network.

Checking blogs.

I read Camilo’s blog his website address is “himynameiscamilo.blogspot.com” in this website I found eight posts, I had the opportunity to read the majority of them and I liked the post related with the Chile’s team. I think that post was excellent, because he wasn’t euphoric with the game. The majority of the Chileans thought that we could win the world cup when we won to Honduras. They think that we were the best team and that we were invincible (what happened with the next champions? Cuack!!), that was a thinking of a supporter, however that the national team needed was a fanatic. The post related to our classes was great too, because I have the same sensation with Miss Beatriz’s classes. She helps us in all that she can do, and it is our decision, if we take the opportunity or not. Classes are funny and didactic, maybe we do not have willingness and that is the reason as we are discouraged, but that is other problem. These posts are similar with my thinking, I felt about posts that represent me.
I think that Camilo could check his post, because sometimes we write quickly, and forget some word or something like that.

I think classes in general are not boring. Maybe we are tired and I know you too, but the problem is that we are trusting; in my opinion that is the reason of our bad work. We do not think about tests which are around the corner.
Young people in general do not mind anything, because we just do it, we do not prepare nothing, we think that we can do everything. Our generation does not mind anything. We get worried when we see result, in this case bad grade. The best meaning of this situation is action-reaction, we do everything when happen something not before.
In my case, I do not prepare to the final test. Nevertheless, I am going to try to do my best effort. This situation is my own mistake, because I do it now and not before.
Finally, some teachers are not giving a real motivation, because when someone has a doubt, they do not give a good answer, I know “teachers are not a human’s dictionary”. But it is important to react in a good way. I am not saying that all the teachers have this problem. Just I talk about that, for, when a teacher has this problem highlights his/her bad characteristics over his/her good ones.

Go Chile Go!!

In my opinion Chile played a correct game, we could see a work team where all the players were connected among them. Honduras was not a good competitor to see the real level of our football team, although.
The best point of the team was the defense because they worked in a good way, when the team needed them; the y answered with a high level .Medel was extraordinary in his work as a central defender. Defense in general could work and give trust in this sector of the field and they had not problems during the game.
The score did not demonstrate what really happen in the match, Chile was completely better than Honduras during the game. One player who had a high level was Alexis Sanchez who had a lot of opportunities, unfortunately we could not achieve. I think that's what I miss the game, a better definition of the moves and can score in the outcome of the superiority of Chile
Finally, I want to say that Chile has the best kind of game with Germany, in my opinion Chile and Germany have been the best team in the world cup; I hope this situation can continue during the championship.

Creativity the most dangerous skill in the society.

In my opinion, creativity in general is not working on the schools. Robinson talked about in his talks; the problem is that schools in some case just think like a kind of receptacle to save information. Student memorize different topic, and they reproduce these subject.
This kind of situation inside the classroom is a problem, children do not learn, they just save information and obviously they do not understand after the class.
When a child says that he would like to be a dancer or a painter, his parent in the majority of the case are disagree, because they think that is not a career and with their reaction children finish their dreams. He is prepare to use a place in a system where just want of us like a worker. It does not want that people innovate or simply that we do not think.
Hopefully, we can find different case of teachers who prefer start and work with our creativity, and start with a different way to improve the future of the world. All the examples that Robinson gives us are true, but are our responsibility change those situations. We are going to be teachers and are our job. A good education, as far as I am concerned, it is where we can create a debate with our teacher which can understand things and try to improve different form to learn topic.

orlan, Is she a narcissist ?

In the case of Orlan, I do not like her style. I think is very strange, obviously she is narcissist because she try to expose thing in her art. Nevertheless always with her body or as first person, as a result of that, the message is not the important, people just read the comment about women who did that.
The performance of the kisses was very fearless in her stage, but she dare it and won prestige with her work. She began to be more accepted and had more credibility for her activity. In the book talk about that, the public were shocking and she fired of her work. Kisses’s performance attracted more attention in her work, that situation impulse her career, although. It is an interesting form to represent, but I do not like and I prefer other ways.
Orlan compare herself with actor or singer, however her art pass to second level when we saw it, because she just explains things with her body and the performance is very strange and difficult to understand. When she used her plastic surgery as art, in my opinion was so Surrealist and cannot find the necessity for this kind of thing,it was disgusting.
I know this kind of art can help in the attention, because society can put more attention in the performance, but I think it's so much to give a message.

music is the way

Well, I want to be honest, I do not like painting in general, however if I have to choose something, I prefer kind of art like Michelangelo or Mauricio Rugendas.Because in the case of Michelangelo in Sistine Chapel, he tried to represents the superiority of god.He made beautiful figures not like the Beuys’s abstract art or other painter. Michelangelo’s paintings or Bernini’s sculpture are easy to understand.
Two week ago I was working in a piece of homework related to art, for this reason, I read a lot of thing about Sistine Chapel. I saw its structure and different sculptures or paintings inside it.
Vatican City in general is great.Last year, I watched a movie called “Angel and Demons” which is about a story in the Vatican. I had the opportunity to see different churches or chapels, and this kind of art is excellent, the way to send us a message is so easy. We can see a figurative kind which all the people can understand.
In my opinion, the best way to represent art is the music. The mixture among sounds, the instrument, which can make a perfect symphony.This way is the best way to present art; a simple song can say our feelings and a message to the society. We can create conscience with sounds and the lyrics.

do we have a good teachers ?

In my opinion this is a problem which involves the whole society, if teachers have low scores on math or language test, education is the same that are in school because they are not prepared by some of their teachers. This problem becomes to be a circle, because the same students who had low education or poor absorb that model and do the same in his teaching career.
Another problem is clear from the results of these tests and my opinion is one of the most important is the specialization to which education has become, because if the teacher have a high level in his area is classified as an excellent teacher, however what happens if a student has a different question to his subject, the teacher will be like those teachers who were "Chamullo" or are prepared to supplement their teaching.
Education is very poorly valued by society and this is a problem because education is the most important job inside a country, as they are forming the future of our country, I mean, if education is poor and teachers, support material or anything related to the issue, new generations who will be in a mediocre country and poor country that they will not develop.
I could not believe when I read the words of the University of the America’s teacher, a person who is the face of an university that prepare students , he cannot say he is doing a favor to the country accepting students just to be university. What are going to happen with all those students tomorrow?
Specific measures are being taken in reality I do not know if they are actually taking or if you are taking are not visible, a good solution is that makes our university, it try to teach us in all the areas ,making us approved courses to other areas that we will use in the future to be better professionals.

In my opinion this is a great website where we can improve our English, we can find different kind of exercise and practice with listening exercise or reading a piece of new improving our vocabulary. In my case started with words in the news and read about the “Lesbian custody fight in Chile” because is a news that I knew, obviously for this reason could be easier to understand for me, although the most important in this section is the pronunciation where can listen the word and repeat slow and fast and learn the intonation.
The word master is a great exercise too, because is funny and very useful for improve our English; the clues that give us are excellent to find the word. However in the final level exists words that I don´t know and it is very difficult try to find these words.
The flatmates is very important to learn and understand new expressions which we can use in a normal conversation.
BBC website in general is an excellent website to learn English for the different kind of exercise that we can find and have the opportunity to listen a natives people with their form to speak.

feelings

I don’t feel good for the next test because, I didn’t study enough, although I have tried to learn more and used different way to improve and understand all the different topic that into the test. I used websites with exercise listened people talked in English or music with subtitles.

Maybe the big problem is that I haven’t studied everyday just studied three times on the week, and I don’t practice with classmate who can help me in my doubt or simply talk in English with other person, thing that is very hard when friends or family don’t speak English. But that situation is just my responsibility.

If remember well, I didn’t study at the school just paid attention on the class, and I could understand all subject in general. Nevertheless in my labor experience was completely the opposite because just practiced in the car (I studied mechanic). If I compare the school with the university can say that is more similar with my labor experience just need to practice a lot.

the begining

hello everybody , well that is my first time writing in a blog and I hope that isn't the last, well what can I talk about myself? mmm I'm a normal guy , that Ilove the sport in general,nevertheless my favourite is football, this is the reason of my blog's name , because is the name of my football team.
My expectatives for this semester are diferents , obviously pass this level and continues with the next,but more of this is could improve my english and could be faster or could improvise in a short time a fluency conversation.
